In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "opo999" or "the Platform" — refers to the online betting and gaming platform operated at opo999.bet, including all associated services, applications, and content.
• "We," "Us," or "the Operator" — refers to the legal entity that owns and operates the opo999 platform.
• "You" or "the Player" — refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the opo999 platform.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account created by the Player on the opo999 platform following successful registration.
• "Services" — refers collectively to the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, lottery products, and any other gambling or gaming products made available on the opo999 platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — refers to any real-money stake placed by a Player on any outcome offered through the opo999 sportsbook or gaming products.
• "IDR" — refers to the Indonesian Rupiah, the sole transactional currency on the opo999 platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the identity and age-verification process required by opo999 before a Player may withdraw funds or access certain features.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible products before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.

To be eligible to register for and use the opo999 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
3. You are not acting as an agent or representative on behalf of any third party when placing bets or participating in games on the platform.
4. You are registering and playing for your own personal recreational purposes and not for any commercial or professional gambling purpose.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or family member of an employee of opo999 or any affiliated entity.
6. You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, account restriction, or cooling-off period imposed by opo999 or by any responsible gaming programme.
7. You are not knowingly using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using the opo999 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

opo999 reserves the right to request proof of identity, proof of age, and proof of address from any Player at any time, without prior notice. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or termination.

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the opo999 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances or bonuses.

When completing the registration form, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identity document.
• A valid email address that you own and have regular access to.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are at least 21 years of age.
• A unique username and a strong, confidential password.
• Your city of residence within Indonesia (e.g., Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Bali, Yogyakarta, Makassar, or Semarang).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must contact opo999 support immediately at [email protected].

opo999 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your opo999 Account must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). opo999 supports the following deposit methods: bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and OCBC NISP; and e-wallet transfer via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of your Account and are subject to change at opo999's discretion.

Deposits must be funded from accounts or wallets that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment sources will be declined and returned where possible. opo999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence that a deposit source belongs to the registered Account holder before crediting funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the opo999 Account. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you are required to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport) and, where requested, proof of payment method ownership.

opo999 targets a withdrawal processing time of approximately 15 minutes for verified accounts using supported local bank transfers and e-wallets, subject to banking and e-wallet system availability. Withdrawal requests submitted outside standard banking hours (WIB UTC+7) may experience minor delays. opo999 does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, system maintenance windows, or bank processing schedules.

opo999 reserves the right to conduct additional security reviews on any withdrawal request. During such a review, the withdrawal will be placed on hold until the review is completed. Players will be notified by email if their withdrawal is subject to a security review.

4.3 Currency & Fees

All transactions on the opo999 platform are processed exclusively in IDR. opo999 does not currently charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own fees or currency conversion charges, for which opo999 accepts no responsibility.

opo999 may, at its sole discretion, offer Players promotional bonuses including but not limited to: welcome deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, reload bonuses, loyalty rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, or major sporting tournaments including the BRI Liga 1, the Champions League, or the AFF Cup.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 and over with a verified opo999 Account.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in each offer's terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by product: sportsbook bets at odds of 1.50 or greater typically contribute 100%; casino slots may contribute 100%; live casino table games, roulette, and baccarat may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• opo999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotional offer — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, matched betting using promotional funds against other platforms, or the use of multiple accounts — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential permanent Account closure.

All bets placed on the opo999 sportsbook are subject to the specific sporting rules applicable to each market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the rules of the market in which you are betting, including Asian handicap markets, mix parlay accumulators, voor bola (Asian handicap head-start betting), and in-play betting restrictions.

opo999 reserves the right to void any bet, or to delay the settlement of any bet, in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after the relevant event or market had already concluded or been suspended.
• There is clear evidence of a pricing error (palpable error) at the time the bet was accepted.
• The integrity of the relevant sporting event is under investigation by the relevant governing body.
• The bet was placed in a manner that opo999 reasonably believes constitutes abuse, fraud, or exploitation of a technical error.

For live casino games including those powered by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, all game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or by real-time live dealer procedures. opo999 accepts no liability for connectivity disruptions that result in a game session being interrupted. In such cases, the applicable game provider's rules on disconnection shall govern the outcome.

opo999 reserves the right to set individual betting limits, including maximum stake limits per bet, maximum payout limits per event, and maximum cumulative winnings limits per day, at its sole discretion. These limits may be applied at the Account level without prior notice.

opo999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. The following tools are available to all registered Players within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit to your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications that alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours up to 6 weeks) during which you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and block yourself from re-registering on the opo999 platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months.

opo999 strictly prohibits gambling by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted at the registration stage and again at the time of first withdrawal. If opo999 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under 21, the Account will be immediately suspended pending identity verification.

opo999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Evidence of collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of betting fraud.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or any activity that opo999 reasonably suspects to be in connection with money laundering or financial crime.
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct directed at opo999 staff or other Players.
• Registration of multiple accounts in contravention of Clause 3.

Upon termination of an Account, any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of Bonus Funds and the resolution of any pending investigations will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. opo999 reserves the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of any fraud or compliance investigation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, opo999 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the opo999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, interruptions, or errors.
• Loss of data or Account information due to unauthorised access.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or content displayed on the platform.
• Delays or failures in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors.

The opo999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to Players in advance where reasonably practicable.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

All content on the opo999 platform — including but not limited to the opo999 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, text, graphics, images, audio-visual materials, and game content — is the intellectual property of opo999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the opo999 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of opo999.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms.

opo999 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering for an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

opo999 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used solely to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including KYC and anti-money-laundering requirements), and improve the opo999 platform. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed and registered. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the opo999 platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through opo999's internal customer support process by contacting [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process within 30 days of the initial complaint being submitted, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent opo999 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

opo999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, opo999 will notify registered Players by email to the address associated with their Account and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the opo999 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to request Account closure.
